MINDSET is an app designed to tell real celebrity stories – not just the glitz and glamour, but the hard times behind the scenes in the hope that it would help normalise the conversations around mental health and hardships.
I joined the team at MINDSET during a critical moment for the product – they had huge traction, but the existing architecture of the app threatened to cripple their growth potential.
After a series of Discovery and Strategy sessions, our first step was to align on a set of priorities for the scope of the project and the time we had together.
Over the course of 3 months I led a complete product overhaul and re-architecture with a focus on scalability, worked with the leadership team to align on a North Star vision for the product, and then led a research stream focussed on experimental features and concepts.
