The Future of Web3 Connectivity
I joined a newly formed team as the Design Lead with an open ended brief – define the future of web3 connectivity at Ledger. We were given a 3 month period to discover, test, and launch a product solution to facilitate seamless interactions between Ledger’s hardware and the emerging world of decentralised applications. This role consisted of a high level of strategic navigation and discovery, stakeholder management with Ledger execs, and resource management within our small project team.

Outcome
The Beta showed great engagement despite the experience sacrifices that were made for the sake of speed, and the product received a very enthusiastic community reception. Following further public launch and wider iteration, much of the product experience has now been integrated into the core Ledger experience – making this a huge success.
